Return Policy

At Wigs & More, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to sanitary and health regulations, all wig, wiglet, and hairpiece sales are final. Once a wig leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than the exceptions listed below.

Why This Policy Exists

Wigs and hairpieces are considered personal‑use items. Once worn, tried on, or handled outside of a controlled environment, they cannot be guaranteed to meet our strict sanitation standards.

Exceptions to the No‑Return Policy

We will gladly make it right if:

  • Wrong Item Received – If your order does not match what you purchased.
  • Manufacturer’s Defect – If the product has a verifiable defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damaged in Shipping – If your order arrives damaged in transit.

The wig may not have been brushed, combed, cut, washed, or worn. It must be free from gels, sprays, or other hair care products. It must be free of odors, such as perfume, cigarette or cigar smoke. Brushing and combing a wig changes the texture of the fibers and is easily detectable by our returns department. Please keep this in mind when you are inspecting your wig.

All original packaging must be included with the wig. Packaging and wig must arrive back to us intact, undamaged, and complete, exactly as received.

Important:

  • For items damaged in shipping, you must notify both us and the shipping carrier within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags intact.
  • Upon inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact our Returns Department at returns@wigsandmore.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your case qualifies under the exceptions above.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your package.

Note: Any returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
