What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. You'll be able to return it to us at no cost to you.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
It depends on your choice of shipping method. For UPS Ground shipments, delivery to the Midwest generally takes one to three working days; for East & West Coast, it will likely take four to five working days. UPS and FedEx Ground are not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii; these orders will ship via UPS Air. Packages shipped via UPS Air to Alaska or Hawaii usually arrive within two to three working days. Delivery times to areas outside the United States will vary. Please contact us for more information.
When will my order ship?
We process internet orders each weekday at 11 a.m. Orders placed after 11 a.m. Friday or over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday. If we have the item in stock, it will ship the same day or the next day. If we don’t, we’ll order it from the manufacturer that day, and ship it out the day we receive it. It usually takes one to four business days for the merchandise to reach us. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If we do not have the item in stock, most manufacturers can "drop ship" the package directly to you. This can speed up the delivery by one or two days. The charge for this service is $25.00 per manufacturer. Occasionally, neither Wigs & More nor the manufacturer has the item in stock. In this case, there will be an additional delay of between one or two weeks. On very rare occasions, it can take as long as three months, and sometimes even longer. If the delay turns out to be longer than a week, we will notify you.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
To help protect your purchase, consider the following options:
- Shipping Insurance: opt for shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages.
- Secure Delivery Locations: Choose a delivery location where someone will be available to receive the package, or use a secure locker service if available.
- Report Theft: If your package is stolen, report it to the local authorities and provide them with your tracking information.
